Paper-trail workspace

About Taxolab

Taxolab builds a paper-trail workspace for the administrative side of care.

The story

Clinics lose hours every week to prior authorizations, referrals, denials and appeals. Every payer and form is different, and small practices rarely have a dedicated billing team. Staff chase packets, miss windows and retype the same letters.

Taxolab turns each of those steps into a short, guided job: build a complete packet checklist, count the appeal clock, decode a confusing denial in plain language and outline an appeal in the right order.

Mission

Become the everyday assistant that removes administrative friction from care, so clinical teams spend their time on patients rather than paperwork.

How we build

  • No patient identifiers. Every tool is designed to work without them, and the AI desks ask you to remove them.
  • Data stays with you. Checklists and dates are kept in your browser. No accounts, no uploads.
  • Honest about limits. Taxolab gives administrative help, not legal, medical or financial advice.

Where we are going

The core tools are free. We plan paid tiers for clinics, with saved packet templates, team sharing and payer-specific rule libraries, and per-seat licensing for billing companies.
