Data stays in your browser
The Auth Packet builder and Appeal Clock keep your ticks, notes and dates in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
AI desks
When you use Form Decoder, Appeal Outline or Intake Script, the text you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to produce the answer. The site does not store that text. Please remove names, dates of birth, IDs and any other personal data before you submit.
Contact messages and early-access sign-ups
If you use the contact form or join early access, your email address (and message, if any) are stored in our private Cloudflare R2 storage bucket. We use them only to reply to you. Messages are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@taxolab.com.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Third parties
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests to serve pages and may keep standard security logs. Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself with no third-party requests from your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete a contact message by writing to support@taxolab.com. This service is not intended for patient data and is not a covered health record system.

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above.
